Accountabilities




The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for managing the complete hiring process while building strong relationships with candidates, hiring teams, and internal stakeholders.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including requirement gathering, candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination.
- Lead IT recruitment activities for technical positions such as Software Engineers, Full Stack Developers, DevOps Engineers, QA Engineers, Data Engineers, Product Managers, Cloud Engineers, and other technology-focused roles.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, define role requirements, and develop targeted sourcing strategies.
- Source qualified candidates through multiple channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, professional networks, social media, and internal talent databases.
