Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Create engaging content including reels, carousels, banners, blogs, website content, and presentations.
- Utilize AI tools to generate creative content, marketing copies, and campaign ideas.
- Plan and maintain monthly content calendars and schedule posts across social media platforms.
- Conduct competitor analysis, market research, and trend analysis to improve content performance.
- Monitor social media analytics and prepare performance reports with actionable insights.
- Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns, including Meta Ads.
- Support lead generation initiatives through social media and digital channels.
- Coordinate product and lifestyle photo/video shoots and assist in editing short-form videos.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand communication across all digital platforms.

Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Commerce, Mass Media, or a related field.




- 6 months to 1 year of experience in Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, or Content Creation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with an eye for design and visual storytelling.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing metrics and campaign optimization.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
