Job Description:

We are looking for a ServiceNow SPM, PPM, CWM professional with 2–4 years of experience to support the implementation, configuration, and ongoing enhancement of ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management, Project Portfolio Management, and Collaborative Work Management capabilities.



The candidate should have hands-on exposure to demand management, project management, portfolio planning, resource management, reporting, and stakeholder coordination within the ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities
- Support configuration and administration of ServiceNow SPM, PPM, and CWM capabilities - Strategic Portfolio Management, Project Portfolio Management, Team-oriented Work Management, including the Intake, Demand, and Capacity management processes, workflows, reporting, and other related functionalities.
- Assist in gathering business requirements from stakeholders and translating them into functional ServiceNow configurations.
- Configure forms, fields, workflows, approvals, notifications, dashboards, and reports based on business needs.
- Support project intake, demand assessment, project tracking, status reporting, resource planning, and portfolio visibility processes.
