Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an MBBS doctor with a relevant Diploma, based in Bengaluru. The role involves providing confidential, evidence-based consultation and treatment for sexual health concerns and STIs, including history taking, clinical examination, diagnosis, and prescribing appropriate therapies. The doctor will review lab results, explain findings to clients in clear,



non-judgmental language, and create individualized care plans. Daily responsibilities include counseling patients on protected sexual practices, risk reduction, and follow-up care, while coordinating with counselors and lab teams to ensure seamless service delivery. The doctor will maintain accurate medical records, adhere to clinical protocols and ethical standards, and participate in quality improvement and patient education initiatives.

Qualifications
- MBBS degree from a recognized institution with a valid medical license; postgraduate Diploma in Dermatology, Venereology, Psychiatry, or related field preferred.
- Strong clinical skills in sexual health and STI management, including patient assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based treatment.
