Key Responsibilities

1. MIS & Business Reporting

Develop, maintain, and automate regional MIS dashboards and performance reports.

Ensure timely and accurate submission of daily, weekly, and monthly reports to regional and corporate leadership.

Analyze key business metrics and generate actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.

Prepare variance analysis, trend analysis, and KPI forecasts to monitor business performance.

2. Data Management & Analytics

Design and implement robust data collection and reporting systems to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity.

Perform in-depth data analysis to identify performance gaps, operational bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.

Support business initiatives and regional projects with data-driven recommendations and business cases.

3. Process Improvement & Automation

Automate recurring reports and dashboards using advanced Excel, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or other BI tools.

Standardize MIS formats, reporting templates, and processes across regions.





Create and maintain documentation for MIS processes, data definitions, and reporting standards.

4. Stakeholder Management

Partner with Operations, Sales, Finance, HR, IT, and other cross-functional teams to deliver accurate and timely MIS solutions.

Present business insights and performance reports to senior leadership through dashboards and presentations.

Provide analytical support for business reviews, planning, forecasting, and performance discussions.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Economics, Information Systems, or a related discipline.

58 years of experience in MIS, business analytics, reporting, or data analysis.

Prior experience in retail, consumer-facing businesses, or sales analytics will be an advantage.

Technical Skills

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including Pivot Tables, Power Query, and advanced formulas).

Robust working knowledge of SQL f
