Roles and Responsibilities :
- Generate leads through industrial plant visits, maintenance teams, EPC companies and contractors.
- Promote services such as shutdown maintenance, in-situ machining, industrial bolting, torquing, tensioning, fabrication and piping services.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with operations and engineering teams for scope finalisation, costing and proposal preparation.
- Achieve sales targets and manage the complete enquiry-to-order cycle.
- Negotiate commercial terms and follow up on invoicing and payments.
- Maintain CRM/ERP records, MIS reports and customer relationships.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities and track competitor activities.

Job Requirements :
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering preferred, with experience in industrial service sales or mechanical maintenance services.
- The candidate should possess robust communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills and be willing to travel extensively.
