To support resource planning, vendor management, outsourcing operations, and procurement coordination activities across the Digital Services business unit, ensuring timely fulfillment of resource demands, optimal resource utilization, accurate forecasting, and smooth processing of procurement and invoicing activities.

Key Responsibilities

Resource Planning & Forecasting
- Maintain resource allocation and utilization plans
- Coordinate with Practice Heads and Delivery Managers to identify resource requirements
- Track resource availability and deployment across projects
- Support monthly forecasting and workforce planning activities
- Generate resource management and utilization reports

Vendor & Outsourcing Management
- Liaise with approved vendors and partners to source suitable candidate profiles
- Ensure timely receipt of profiles against approved requirements
- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers
- Track recruitment progress and ensure closure within defined SLAs
- Support onboarding and deployment of partner resources

Procurement & Invoice Management




- Create and track Purchase Requisitions (PRs)
- Coordinate with Procurement and Finance teams to ensure timely processing
- Review and track vendor invoices
- Follow up on invoice approvals and payment status
- Maintain procurement and invoice trackers

Reporting
- Maintain dashboards and trackers for resource demand, fulfillment, utilization, and procurement activities
- Prepare periodic reports and send them to SBU GRC Lead
- Escalate risks impacting resource fulfillment, onboarding, or invoicing timelines
