About the Role:

Are you an expert in rotating machinery looking to lead high-impact Energy and Oil & Gas projects?

We are looking for a Lead / Senior Engineer – Rotating Equipment with 10 to 15 years of experience to drive FEED and Detail Engineering execution. In this role, you will act as a technical leader—guiding a team of engineers while driving independent execution on complex rotating equipment packages and interfacing with global clients and vendors.

Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of mechanical engineers while taking ownership of end-to-end rotating equipment deliverables.
- Core Engineering: Prepare, review, and approve technical specifications, data sheets, material requisitions, and scope of supply for pumps, compressors, turbines, blowers, and specialized packages.
- Vendor & Package Management: Lead pre-order Technical Bid Evaluations (TBE), vendor clarification meetings, and post-order drawing reviews, FAT/SAT tests, and shop visits.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the focal point for process, piping, electrical,



and instrumentation integration, while representing the discipline in HAZOP, SIL, and client design reviews.

What We Are Looking For:
- Education: B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience: 10–15 years in Energy, Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or Heavy Industrial projects (FEED & Detail Engineering).
- Code Proficiency: Deep expertise in API standards (API 610, 617, 618, 674, 675, 682), ASME, and ISO codes.
- Leadership Style: Proven capability to drive deliverables independently, interface directly with clients, and mentor junior engineers.
