Role & responsibilities
- Plan marketing campaigns and branding strategy
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships
- Prepare pitch decks and lead fundraising rounds
- Build relationships with investors, VCs, and PE firms
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Draft business proposals and growth plans
- Negotiate deals with partners and investors
- Coordinate with Finance, Sales, and Leadership teams
- Report business development/fundraising progress to management
Preferred candidate profile
- MBA (Marketing/Finance)
- 510 years in marketing, BD, or fundraising (real estate preferred)
- Proven track record in investor pitching and fundraising
- Strong in market research, financial modeling, negotiation
- Existing network with investors/VC/PE firms
- Good communication and strategic mindset
