We organize product delivery into five focused Agile Pods — Titan, Atlas, Nova, Pulse, and Bridge — each owning a distinct part of the Zato platform end-to-end, backed by dedicated cross-pod functions in engineering infrastructure (Forge), security & compliance (Shield), quality (Vanguard), and customer success (Summit). We're hiring a dedicated Product Manager for each Pod to own its roadmap and take it to its next stage of growth, partnering closely with each Pod's engineering SPOC(s), the PMO, and the wider Zato leadership team.

Zato's agentic AI experience, along with document-intelligence features like PDF Splitter, File Categorisation, and ZBOX. As Nova's Product Manager, you'll define what agentic AI means for Zato's customers and drive it from concept to production.

What You'll Do

Product Strategy & Roadmap

• Define and drive the product vision for Ziffy, Zato's core agentic AI experience

• Build a prioritized roadmap balancing current AI capabilities with document-intelligence features

Execution & Delivery

• Own requirements for document-intelligence features: PDF Splitter, File Categorisation, and ZBOX

• Partner with Nova's engineering team to scope and sequence AI capability delivery

• Establish success metrics for AI-driven features and iterate based on real usage data

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work with QA (Vanguard) to define testing approaches specific to AI-driven features

• Partner with Cust
