Role & responsibilities:-

Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated fresh graduates to join our client's Sales & Marketing team. The selected candidate will support business development activities, customer interactions, market research, and sales operations while learning industrial products and B2B sales processes.

Sales Support
- Assist the sales team in generating new business opportunities.
- Follow up on customer enquiries and quotations.
- Maintain customer records and sales data.
- Support order processing and coordination.

Business Development
- Identify potential customers through market research.
- Assist in lead generation and customer acquisition.
- Coordinate customer meetings and prepare meeting reports.
- Support promotional and marketing activities.

Customer Coordination
- Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
- Respond to customer queries professionally.
- Coordinate with Production, PPC, Quality, and Dispatch teams for timely execution of orders.
- Ensure customer requirements are communicated effectively.





Market Research
- Collect information on competitors, products, and market trends.
- Prepare market analysis reports.
- Identify new business opportunities.

Documentation & Reporting
- Prepare daily sales reports and customer visit reports.
- Maintain CRM/ERP records.
- Assist in preparing presentations and MIS reports.
- Keep all sales documents updated.

Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of Sales & Marketing concepts.
- Robust willingness to learn.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Positive presentation and negotiation skills.
- Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Fresh graduate with a passion for Sales & Marketing.
- MBA (Marketing) candidates will be preferred.
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
