Store Executive / Storekeeper (E-commerce Warehouse)

Location: Rajkot, Gujarat

Department: Warehouse & Store Operations

Reporting To: Operations Manager

Salary: Up to ₹18,000/- CTC per month

Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary

AgriBegri is hiring a Store Executive / Storekeeper for its E-commerce Warehouse in Rajkot. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, maintaining stock accuracy, coordinating warehouse operations, supervising the packaging team, and ensuring timely dispatch of customer orders.

The role requires robust inventory management, warehouse coordination, and team management skills to ensure smooth day-to-day warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

Receive, verify, and record incoming inventory.

Maintain inward and outward stock records in ERP/Excel.

Organize products properly within the warehouse.

Perform daily, weekly, and monthly stock verification.

Allocate orders to the packaging team.

Supervise and manage the packaging staff to ensure accurate and timely packing.





Coordinate with the dispatch team for smooth order dispatch.

Monitor stock availability and report damaged or low-stock items.

Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.

Prepare daily inventory and dispatch reports.

Ensure FIFO (First In, First Out) inventory practices are followed.

Maintain proper documentation for all stock movement.

Qualifications

Minimum 12th Pass.

Diploma or Graduate preferred.

1–3 years of Store/Warehouse experience.

Experience in an E-commerce Warehouse will be preferred.

Basic ERP and MS Excel knowledge.
