Experience:
- 2–3 years of experience in quantity surveying, estimation, or project costing, preferably in plywood, modular furniture, or interior fit-out projects.
- Qualification: Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor (QS) with 2–3 years of experience in plywood and interior fit-out projects. The candidate will be responsible for quantity take-offs, material estimation, BOQ preparation, cost analysis, site measurements, and coordination with procurement and project teams. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of plywood, laminates, veneers, hardware, and other interior materials.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate quantity take-offs and Bills of Quantities (BOQs) from architectural, interior, and production drawings.
- Estimate plywood, block board, MDF, HDF, particle board, laminates, veneers, edge banding, hardware, adhesives, and other interior materials.
- Calculate material requirements for wardrobes, kitchens, TV units, wall panelling,



storage units, and custom furniture.
- Conduct site measurements and verify quantities before production and execution.
- Prepare project cost estimates and assist in budgeting.
- Coordinate with the design, production, procurement, and execution teams to ensure material availability and cost optimization.
- Obtain quotations from vendors and prepare comparative cost statements.
- Monitor material consumption and identify opportunities to reduce wastage.
- Verify vendor invoices, subcontractor bills, and client billing based on executed quantities.
- Maintain estimation records, BOQs, cost reports, and project documentation.
- Support project managers in controlling project costs and ensuring timely execution.
