Role & responsibilities:

We are seeking an experienced Workday Financials Functional Lead to lead large-scale end-to-end Workday Financials implementations.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment across core financial and procurement processes.

You will lead implementations covering Procure-to-Pay (P2P), General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, Supplier Accounts and Contracts, Procurement, Financial Data Model (FDM), Banking and Settlement, Business Assets, Inventory, and integrations with enterprise applications.
The role requires experience managing global, multi-country deployments with localization requirements, including tax, legal, and regulatory compliance.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements, identify risks, recommend solutions, support testing, and resolve complex implementation issues.

Additionally, you will contribute to delivery methodology improvements,



implementation best practices, and pre-sales activities, including project scoping, effort estimation, and resource planning.
Candidates must have successfully led at least two enterprise Workday Financials implementations and hold Workday Financial certifications, such as Financial Core, Financial Services Practical & Essentials, or Workday P2P.

Experience with Workday Financial Reporting, iLoads, EIB-based data conversion, reporting, and financial accounting is highly preferred.

A solid background in finance, procurement, stakeholder management, and Workday Financials consulting is essential for success in this role.

Certifications (Mandatory):
• Workday Certified (Financial Core, Financial Services Practical & Essentials, or Workday P2P)
• Workday Financial iLoad practical experience
• Workday Financial Reporting
