Roles & Responsibilities
- Track and monitor client investment portfolios and maintain accurate investment records.
- Prepare portfolio reports, investment summaries, MIS, and client review material.
- Assist in onboarding new investors, completing KYC formalities, and maintaining CRM records.
- Coordinate with AMCs, brokers, and other financial institutions for smooth execution of transactions.
- Record client transactions, generate invoices, and maintain operational records.




- Conduct basic market and investment research and prepare regular market updates.
- Create investor newsletters, presentations, and digital content for client communication.
- Support the firm's LinkedIn presence and other branding initiatives.
- Build and nurture relationships with prospective and existing clients through regular follow-ups.
- Support lead generation, client acquisition, referral management, networking initiatives, and business development activities.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities across the firm's wealth management solutions while always prioritizing clients' financial goals.
- Deliver exceptional client service by responding promptly to investor queries and maintaining long-term relationships.
- Contribute ideas to improve client experience, operational efficiency, and business growth.
