Shop floor supervisor – materials, stores & movement (min. 2 years experience)

Salary

₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month, based on experience. Salary on time, by bank transfer.

Work
- Monitor and manage all material movement on the shop floor – receipt, issue to production, inter-process transfer and dispatch staging
- Storage management – location-wise stacking, safe storage and FIFO
- Material identification – tagging and marking of raw material, WIP and finished components as per drawings; maintain traceability
- Maintain stock and movement records – GRN, issue slips, daily registers (Excel / ERP)
- Supervise helpers and loaders; allocate daily material-handling work
- Carry out periodic physical stock verification and report shortages or discrepancies
- Coordinate with production, QC and dispatch teams
- Enforce 5S, secure material handling and PPE use on the floor

Who can apply




- Minimum 2 years experience in shop floor / stores / materials supervision in a manufacturing company (engineering or fabrication industry preferred)
- ITI / Diploma (Mechanical or Production) preferred; 12th pass with strong experience also considered
- Working knowledge of material identification, FIFO and stock registers; basic Excel
- Able to lead a small team; sincere and punctual
- Immediate joiners preferred
