Full Job Description

We are hiring an experienced Senior Accountant & Finance Executive for our office in Minto Park, Kolkata. The ideal candidate should have 5–12 years of experience in accounting and finance, with strong knowledge of financial reporting, statutory compliance, taxation, budgeting, and ERP software.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Manage General Ledger, journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end/year-end closing.
- Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory regulations.
- Coordinate internal, statutory, and tax audits.
- Prepare budgets, financial forecasts, MIS reports, and variance analysis.
- Monitor cash flow and working capital.
- Maintain accurate financial records and internal controls.
- Lead and support the finance team.




- Work closely with management on financial planning and reporting.

Eligibility
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com), Finance, or Accounting.
- CA Inter, CMA, M.Com, or MBA (Finance) preferred.
- 5–12 years of experience in Accounting & Finance.
- Experience in financial reporting and statutory compliance.
- Solid communication and analytical skills.
