Responsibilities

1.
Sales Ownership Number Delivery
- Own and deliver monthly revenue
targets across SMB, HORECA, offices, retail chains, caf?s, clinics,
education institutions , and other commercial buyers.
- Build a high-velocity sales
engine : lead ?
meeting ? quote ?
close ? collection ?
repeat.
- Ensure funnel sufficiency
at all times ? top, mid, and bottom ? with accurate forecasting.
- Use strong follow-up discipline
to drive conversions and repeat business.

2.
Daily Sales Activity / Funnel Building
- Conduct 3?4 customer meetings
every day ? field visits, prospecting, outreach calls, follow-ups.
- Build relationships with:
- Startups SMEs
- Corporate offices
- Co-working spaces
- Hotels,
restaurants, caf?s (HORECA)
- Boutiques retail chains
- Clinics wellness spaces
- Builders small contractors
- Maintain excellent funnel
hygiene on CRM sheets/dashboards.

B2B Execution Customer Satisfaction




- Manage complete order lifecycle:
? product selection ? quote ? order ? delivery ? installation ? collection
- Ensure timely delivery and
seamless execution by coordinating with HO teams.
- Collect outstanding payments
within defined timelines.
- Secure customer testimonials,
execution certificates, and repeat order commitments .

Industry Product Knowledge
- Robust understanding of:
- Furniture
categories (seating, tables, storage, office, HORECA furniture, etc.)
- Material, quality,
finishes, durability concerns
- Pricing frameworks
and commercial dynamics for B2B
- Ability to advise customers with
confidence and product intelligence.

Sales Discipline Reporting
- Daily reporting on outreach,
meetings, quotes, and closures.
- Maintain transparent
documentation of pipeline, probability grading, and projected closures.
- Track competition and share
weekly market intelligence
