Job Summary:
A Telecaller Executive is responsible for making and receiving phone calls to communicate with customers, generate leads, promote products/services, handle inquiries, and maintain customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Explain company products and services to customers.
- Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Follow up with customers regarding offers, payments, or services.
- Maintain customer records and update databases.
- Resolve customer complaints or escalate issues to the relevant department.
- Prepare call reports and maintain call logs.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
