Qualification
- B.Tech / M.Tech in Dairy Technology or Food Technology.

Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in a dairy or food manufacturing company.
- Hands-on experience in developing fermented dairy products, beverages, desserts, and other value-added dairy products.
- Practical factory and production experience is essential. Candidates with only laboratory or academic research experience will not be preferred.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop current, commercially viable dairy and value-added food products.
- Design and optimize product formulations suitable for large-scale commercial production.
- Conduct laboratory trials, pilot-scale trials, and full-scale production trials.
- Prepare complete product formulations and process specifications.
- Calculate production cost on a per litre/per kilogram basis.
- Estimate product shelf life through appropriate stability studies.
- Identify and recommend suitable machinery, equipment, raw materials, and ingredients required for manufacturing.




- Conduct competitor benchmarking and market analysis to identify new product opportunities.
- Prepare and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for manufacturing processes.
- Coordinate with procurement, quality assurance, and production departments during product development.
- Train existing production staff on newly developed products and manufacturing procedures.
- Troubleshoot production issues and optimize manufacturing processes for quality, consistency, and cost efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with FSSAI regulations, food safety standards, GMP, HACCP, and company quality systems.
- Prepare technical reports, product specifications, and documentation for management approval.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of dairy processing technologies.
- Experience in fermented dairy products, beverages, desserts, and value-added dairy products.
- Knowledge of food ingredients, cultures, stabilizers, emulsifiers, and preservatives.
- Good understanding of commercial-scale man
