Role Description
This is a part-time remote role focused on ServiceNow and Microsoft Azure. The professional in this role will configure, customize, and maintain ServiceNow modules to support IT service management processes, including incident, problem, change, and request management. Responsibilities include designing, deploying, and monitoring Azure resources such as virtual machines, storage, networking, and security components,



as well as supporting integration between ServiceNow and Azure services. The role involves troubleshooting system issues, implementing best practices for performance and security, documenting technical solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, scalable IT solutions. The individual will also assist in automation initiatives, scripting, and process optimization to improve operational efficiency.

Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow administration and configuration, including forms, workflows, catalog items, and ITSM modules.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services such as compute, storage, networking, identity management, and monitoring tools.
- Proficiency in scripting or programming for automation and integration (e.g., JavaScript for ServiceNow, PowerShell or Python for Azure).
