Job Accountabilities Duties Responsibilities
- To design formwork systems for various structural elements like walls, columns, pilasters and climbing formwork systems including design of shoring and reshoring systems for elevated slabs and beams.
- To prepare formwork programme based on the overall construction programme and finalization and coordination of shuttering and scaffolding schemes.
- To prepare budgets for formwork and temporary enabling works and ensure effective and proper utilization of shuttering and staging materials.
- To review of formwork reports and take proactive preventive actions to exercise effective cost control including periodical reconciliation of formwork materials.
- To explore current or latest technology to meet business requirement.
- To prepare stock statement of formwork materials both in Units and in Nos.
- with area of shuttering done category-wise, plywood/timber procured during the period/ till date and Productivity Reports.
