- Provide technical support and application engineering for hydraulic, pneumatic, rotary seals, O-rings, and related sealing products.
- Visit customer sites across PAN India to conduct inspections, take measurements, collect technical data, and perform failure analysis.
- Recommend suitable sealing solutions based on operating conditions and application requirements.
- Prepare technical reports, measurement records, and site visit reports.
- Support customers during installation, troubleshooting, and commissioning activities.
- Coordinate with sales, design, and manufacturing teams for product selection and development of customized sealing solutions.
- Conduct technical presentations and customer training programs as required.
- Identify business opportunities and support technical discussions with customers.
