Role Description
The Accountant at The Fries Empire will manage day-to-day financial operations, including recording transactions, maintaining general ledgers, and reconciling bank and cash accounts. Responsibilities include preparing invoices, tracking payables and receivables, assisting with payroll, and ensuring timely payments to vendors and team members. The role will involve preparing financial reports, supporting budgeting and cost analysis for food and beverage operations,



and helping maintain compliance with tax and regulatory requirements. The Accountant will collaborate with management to provide accurate financial insights that support decision-making and sustainable growth. This is a full-time, in office role based in Chandigarh.

Qualifications
- Strong skills in financial accounting and bookkeeping, including ledger maintenance, bank reconciliation, and transaction recording.
- Experience with accounts payable and receivable processes, invoicing, and cash flow management.
- Ability to prepare basic financial statements, management reports, and support budgeting and cost analysis.
- Proficiency with accounting software and spreadsheets (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, Excel or similar tools).
- Knowledge of relevant tax regulations, compliance requirements, and financial controls applicable to food and beverage or retail businesses.
