*Roles & Responsibilities*
- *Generate leads through cold calling and outbound prospecting activities.*
- *Assist Senior Relationship Managers in scheduling meetings and managing client interactions.*
- *Coordinate with prospective clients and ensure timely follow-ups.*
- *Accompany Senior Relationship Managers for client meetings to gain hands-on exposure to relationship management.*
- *Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and client interactions.*
- *Support day-to-day sales operations and backend coordination.*
- *Learn and understand financial products, wealth management services, and client relationship practices.*
- *Build solid communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills while working closely with the sales team.*

*Preferred Candidate Profile*
- *Fresh graduates (BBA, B.Com, BMS, MBA, or any Bachelor's degree) are encouraged to apply.*




- *Candidates with internship or project experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, or Customer Relationship Management will have an added advantage.*
- *Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.*
- *Confident, presentable, and eager to interact with clients.*
- *Self-motivated, proactive, and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment.*
- *Comfortable working in a target-driven and performance-oriented sales environment.*
- *Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).*
- *Candidates based in or willing to relocate to Kolkata.*
