Role Description
The COE – Compensation and Benefits role is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. This role is responsible for designing, implementing,



and maintaining competitive compensation and benefits frameworks aligned with business strategy and industry benchmarks. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing salary structures, incentives, and perks programs; supporting annual compensation reviews; and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. The role collaborates closely with HR business partners and functional leaders to conduct job evaluations, analyze market data, and provide guidance on pay and benefits decisions. The position also focuses on policy development, process improvements, and clear communication of total rewards to enhance employee engagement and retention.
