Magic Lantern helps businesses grow through technology and marketing — AI, websites, content, ERP systems, media, PR, marketing consulting, and market/feasibility studies. We're hiring a Business Development Officer to bring in clients and own the relationships they build.
What you'll do
Find and close current clients across our service lines
Own the accounts you onboard — stay their point of contact and grow the relationship
Qualify the fit and pull in the right specialist for technical pitches (you sell the value, not the code)
Hit targets on new business and retention
What you need
At least 1 year in B2B sales, agency BD, or IT/software sales
Comfortable speaking with founders and decision-makers; English + Malayalam
Enough tech sense to talk credibly about websites, AI,
and ERP at a business level
Self-driven — you generate your own pipeline
Based in or able to relocate to Thrissur
What we offer
₹30,000/month base plus performance commission on the business you bring in and retain
