Role Description
The Regional Officer role at Aavas Financiers Ltd. is a full-time, on-site position based in Mehsana. The Regional Officer is responsible for achieving business targets within the assigned territory,



including sourcing new customers, managing existing customer relationships, and promoting affordable housing finance products. Daily activities include field visits, coordinating with branch teams, assessing customer eligibility, supporting loan documentation, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines. The role involves close engagement with local communities, monitoring portfolio quality, resolving customer issues, and providing timely feedback to management on market trends and competitor activities.
