A TYPICAL DAY AS A MARKETING COORDINATOR
- Communicate directly with Miles ITs customers via email, customer portal, video meetings,



and phone to assist with website and marketing requests.
- Coordinate with developers and other team members as needed during your shift. May include assistance prioritizing tasks or reaching out to customers for additional information
- Work within our project management software to organize tasks assigned to yourself and other team members.
- Serve as a resource to the members of the Marketing department to obtain information or other resources that will help us get high-quality work done on time.
- Once understanding of our services is established, share sales orders with scopes of work for marketing and website services when customer needs are identified.
- Perform text and image updates on WordPress (primarily), Shopify, and other website platforms.

REQUIRED:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
