Role Overview

XTRIBUTOR is looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our product and engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating intuitive, visually appealing, and user-centric designs for our cloud-based enterprise applications.



You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and business stakeholders to transform complex business requirements into seamless user experiences.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in user research, wireframing, prototyping, interaction design, and responsive UI design while maintaining consistency with modern design systems and accessibility standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather user feedback to improve product experience.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and business teams to understand product requirements.
