Roles and Responsibilities :
- Handle inbound calls from customers to resolve their queries and concerns.
- Process customer orders, answer questions about products/services, and provide solutions.
- Meet daily/weekly targets for call handling, sales conversion, and quality metrics.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
Job Requirements :
- 1-2 years of experience in BPO sales or telesales industry.
- Robust communication skills with excellent voice processing abilities.
- Proficiency in handling multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
