Work you’ll do

In your role at Deloitte, you would be responsible for:

• Conduct detailed requirement gathering sessions with Business to capture all necessary information. Understanding the BA roles and responsibilities, adhering to the industry and client expectations.
• Having a clear understanding of all the Business requirements, priorities of the features to be delivered catering to project timelines. Understanding pain points of client and helping them with best possible solutions.

• Understanding the Technology insights i.e., on which platform client application is built such as Adobe Experience Manager, Sitecore, other CMS tools





• Ability to evolve and adapt evolving technologies such as GenAI to enhance Business processes, drive innovation and deliver data driven insights.

• Work closely with team members across different technical tracks to design the software solutions that meets client requirement.

• Facilitate effective communication by acting as a liaison between the Client, Project leads, Developers, QA and other stakeholders. Drive the feature review meetings with Client and collate the feedbacks. Build robust relationship with client SMEs, product owners through regular interactions.

• Having expertise on agile process, project management tools, software development model.

• Create necessary artifacts for clients/Deloitte repository like functional specifications, solution design documents, user manuals, training materials etc.
