Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Officer to promote and sell roofing products in the building materials industry. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, developing dealer and distributor networks, managing channel partners, and achieving sales targets through B2B and channel sales activities.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through field visits and market development.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, retailers, contractors, fabricators, builders, consultants, and architects.
- Promote the company's roofing product range, including Roofing Sheets, Purlins, Decking Sheets, Standing Seam Roofing Systems, and other building material products.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.




- Identify new channel partners and expand the dealer/distributor network.
- Conduct product presentations and explain product features and benefits to customers.
- Generate enquiries, follow up on quotations, negotiate prices, and close sales.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and pricing strategies.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely order processing and deliveries.
- Prepare daily visit reports, customer feedback reports, and sales activity reports.
- Maintain long-term relationships with existing customers and ensure repeat business.
- Participate in exhibitions, promotional activities, and customer meetings whenever required.
