About the Role

We produce doctor-led health content across YouTube, Instagram Reels, and Meta ads expert, credible, and built for mass reach. We need an editor who understands pacing for short-form and can turn raw talking-head footage into sharp, engaging health content that converts.

What You'll Do

•

Edit Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and long-form doctor videos (5–15 minutes)

•

Add subtitles, lower thirds, b-roll, motion text, and on-brand transitions

•

Cut ad creatives for Meta campaigns across 15s, 30s, and 60s formats

•

Manage a weekly content pipeline with consistent publishing cadence

•

Ensure all output meets platform-specific specs (aspect ratio, file size, caption burns)

Must-Haves

•





Proficiency in Premiere Pro; After Effects for basic motion text and transitions

•

Strong sense of pacing for both short-form (Reels/Shorts) and mid-form (YouTube)

•

Experience editing talking-head / expert-format content in health, education, or D2C

•

Ability to deliver polished cuts from loose briefs with minimal back-and-forth

•

2–4 years of hands-on video editing experience

Good to Have

•

Familiarity with AI tools for transcription

•

Basic color grading skills

•

Knowledge of Meta ad specs, YouTube upload requirements, and aspect ratio best practices

•

Experience working with a healthcare, wellness, or pharma brand
