Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Thread Grinder Operator to join our gauge manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating thread grinding machines for the production of precision gauges and threaded components while maintaining strict quality standards and dimensional accuracy.

Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate thread grinding machines for manufacturing precision gauges and threaded components.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.
- Perform machine setup, wheel dressing, alignment, and tool changes.
- Measure components using precision instruments such as micrometers, vernier calipers, thread gauges, bore gauges.
- Ensure products meet dimensional tolerances and quality standards.
- Inspect finished components and maintain production records.
- Perform routine machine maintenance and report any machine issues.




- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment.
- Coordinate with the Quality and Production teams to achieve production targets.

Preferred candidate profile

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of thread grinding operations and precision machining.
- Experience in gauge manufacturing is preferred.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and understand GD&T.;
- Knowledge of thread profiles, tolerances, and precision measurements.
- Familiarity with precision measuring instruments.
- Valuable troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

CNC Operator
