Role Description
The Site Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Rajkot, responsible for overseeing furniture installation and interior fit-out projects from start to finish. The role includes coordinating daily site activities,



supervising installation teams, and ensuring work is completed according to design specifications, quality standards, and safety guidelines. The Site Supervisor will liaise with project managers, designers, vendors, and clients to manage schedules, resolve site issues, and ensure timely delivery of milestones. This position involves monitoring material usage, maintaining site documentation, and reporting progress, risks, and delays. The role also requires enforcing compliance with company policies, promoting protected work practices, and supporting continuous improvement in site operations.

Qualifications
- Solid site supervision skills, including managing teams, coordinating daily activities, and monitoring work quality and safety.
- Experience in furniture installation, interior fit-out, or construction-related projects, with the ability to read and interpret drawings and layouts.
