JOB SUMMARY

To be part of Rewards Center of Excellence. As part of the team and Individual contributor s/he will design, govern and execute of key reward programs across the organization, with a robust focus on
Recognition, Rewards Analytics, Rewards capability building and communication
.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Rewards Analytics, Insights & Governance

• Build strong analytical models, dashboards, and insights to guide reward decisions and business planning

• Present insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders with clarity and strategic depth





• Partner with HR Tech teams to implement and optimize reward platforms

• Leverage predictive analytics for workforce and reward planning

• Gender & D&I; Pay analysis and interventions

• Wage bill costing, planning and utilization. Partnering with Finance on Accruals and spend. Company Financials linked to Wage cost and Rewards plan design

• Benefits benchmarking, utilization and employee impact/ engagement

Rewards Training and Communications

• Building Rewards capabilities of HR, Leaders, and employees' basis respective needs. HR and Leaders to understand, own and decide on various pay tools.

• Awareness and Communication of all Rewards programs to build awareness, engagement and Agratas Employer value proposition

• Drive, Build and ensure messaging with Agratas Cultural tenets, Care, and Inclusivity – examples
