**Position:** ServiceNow SAM Pro Architect

Key Responsibilities

✅ Design and implement end-to-end **ServiceNow SAM Pro** solutions

✅ Lead Software Asset Management implementation and optimization projects

✅ Configure Normalization, Reconciliation, Publisher Packs, Content Service & Software Models

✅ Build integrations with SCCM, Intune, JAMF, Flexera, Snow, Tanium, and other discovery tools

✅ Develop REST/SOAP integrations and custom ServiceNow solutions

✅ Drive software license compliance, optimization, and audit readiness

✅ Mentor technical teams and provide architecture leadership
Required Skills

✔ 8+ years of ServiceNow development/architecture experience

✔ Strong expertise in **ServiceNow Software Asset Management Skilled (SAM Pro)**

✔ Hands-on experience with:

* Software Asset Management

* License Compliance





* Software Normalization & Reconciliation

* Discovery Models & Software Models

* Publisher Packs & Content Service

* Entitlements & Contracts

* CMDB, Discovery & ITAM

* JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub

* REST & SOAP APIs

* Software licensing models and compliance
Preferred Skills

* Hardware Asset Management (HAM Pro)

* ITSM & Discovery

* Performance Analytics & Reporting

* Upgrade & Release Management

* ITIL Certification
Mandatory Certifications

* ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)

* ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Software Asset Management (CIS-SAM)
Selection Criteria

* Strong hands-on **SAM Pro Architecture** experience is mandatory.

* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

* Immediate joiners will be given preference.
