About the Role
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who enjoys building teams and working closely with business leaders. While the primary focus of this role is end-to-end recruitment, you will also support key HR operations throughout the employee lifecycle.
This role offers the prospect to hire across diverse functions including technical, sales, operations, and corporate teams while helping shape Emarson's people practices as we scale.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition (Primary Responsibility)
- Own the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Hire across technical and business functions including: Network Engineers, Cybersecurity Engineers, Pre-Sales & Solution Consultants, Enterprise Sales & Account Managers, Project & Service Delivery Teams, Corporate Support Functions
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, social media, and other sourcing channels.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and build effective recruitment strategies.
- Build talent pipelines for recurring and niche technology roles.
- Coordinate interviews, manage candidate communication, negotiate offers, and ensure timely closures.
- Track hiring metrics and maintain recruitment reports.
