We are hiring a Tender Executive with knowledge of government tendering and e-procurement processes.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle tender processes on GeM Portal, E-Procurement and N-Procurement platforms

* Search, analyze and manage government tender opportunities

* Prepare and submit tender documents within deadlines

* Coordinate with internal teams for technical and commercial requirements

* Maintain tender records, documentation and follow-ups

* Ensure compliance with tender guidelines and procedures

Requirements

* 0-1 year of experience in government tendering

* Knowledge of GeM Portal, E-Procurement and N-Procurement systems

* Valuable communication and coordination skills

* Basic knowledge of MS Excel and documentation

* Ability to manage multiple tenders and timelines efficiently
