Mazenet Solution is looking for an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to partner with business leaders and drive key HR initiatives. The role involves employee relations, performance management, talent development, workforce planning, HR operations, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with business leaders on workforce planning and HR strategy.
- Manage employee lifecycle activities, employee engagement, and performance management.
- Handle employee relations, grievance management, and conflict resolution.
- Support talent management, succession planning, and organizational development initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and statutory requirements.
- Analyze HR metrics and provide business-focused HR insights.

Requirements:




- 4–9 years of experience as an HRBP or HR Generalist.
- Solid expertise in employee relations, performance management, and talent management.
- Knowledge of labor laws, statutory compliance, and HR operations.
- Experience with HRMS platforms (SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Darwinbox, Oracle HCM, etc.).
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.

Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in HR/Business Administration or related field. MBA/PGDM (HR) preferred.
