Role & Responsibilities
- Design and develop Automated Test Equipment (ATE) solutions for electronic hardware testing and validation.
- Design test fixtures, interface adapters, and cable assemblies for functional and production testing.
- Perform PCB board troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and hardware debugging.
- Validate electronic hardware using test instruments such as Oscilloscope, Digital Multimeter (DMM), Logic Analyzer, and Power Supply.
- Support hardware bring-up, prototype validation, and product qualification activities.
- Analyze test failures and recommend corrective actions to improve product quality and test coverage.
- Develop and maintain test documentation, test procedures, and validation reports.
- Collaborate with Hardware Design, Manufacturing, R&D;, and Quality teams to ensure successful product development and production.
- Support production, engineering, and customer issue investigations related to hardware failures.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and engineering standards throughout the product lifecycle.

Preferred Candidate Profile




- 46 years of experience in Hardware Design, ATE Development, or Electronics Testing.
- Solid hands-on experience in Automated Test Equipment (ATE) design and development.
- Experience in PCB troubleshooting, board-level debugging, and failure analysis.
- Knowledge of Test Fixture Design, Interface Adapter Design, and Cable Harness Design.
- Hands-on experience with Oscilloscope, Digital Multimeter (DMM), Logic Analyzer, and other electronic test instruments.
- Good understanding of analog and digital electronics, electronic components, and circuit analysis.
- Experience in Hardware Validation, Functional Testing, and Manufacturing Test Engineering.
- Exposure to LabVIEW and/or LabWindows/CVI is an added advantage.
- Experience in Aerospace, Automotive, Semiconductor, Medical Devices, Industrial Automation, or Electronics Manufacturing domains is preferred.
