Role Description
:

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and passionate
Technical Content Writer
to join our in-house content team. The ideal candidate should have
at least 2 years of experience
in technical content writing and the ability to transform complex technical concepts into engaging, easy-to-understand content for diverse audiences.

Key Responsibilities :
- Create and maintain high-quality technical content, including blogs, product documentation, user guides, website copy, knowledge base articles, and marketing content.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to understand technical concepts and translate them into transparent, accurate, and engaging content for diverse audiences.
- Research industry trends, technologies, and competitors to develop informative, relevant, and up-to-date content that supports business objectives.
- Optimize content for SEO and ensure consistency with the company's brand voice, style guidelines,



and editorial standards while regularly updating existing content.
- Manage multiple content projects, meet deadlines, and contribute creative ideas to support product launches, content marketing initiatives, and overall brand growth.

Preferred Qualifications :
- Experience working in a SaaS, Software Development, IT Services, or Technology company.
- Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Grammarly, Jasper) to enhance productivity while maintaining content quality.
- Basic understanding of HTML, Markdown, or documentation platforms such as Confluence, Notion, or GitHub.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, or SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Surfer SEO.
- Portfolio showcasing technical blogs, documentation, product content, or knowledge base articles.
