education opportunities across the UK, Ireland, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand,
Germany, France, and Europe.

About the Role:

We are looking for energetic and detail-oriented interns to support our Lead Qualification
team for overseas education. The role involves interacting with prospective students,
understanding their study-abroad
aspirations, and qualifying leads to help the counselling and admissions teams focus on
high-intent applicants. This internship is ideal for graduates or students interested in
international education, counselling, sales operations, or customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective students.
- Share basic information about StudyIn services.
- Understand student requirements at a basic level.




- Ensure timely follow-ups as instructed.
- Update CRM with accurate call outcomes and remarks.
- Coordinate with senior consultants for qualified leads.
- Follow calling targets, scripts, and SOPs.

Skills Competencies:
- Good verbal communication skills in English is a must.
- Clear and confident phone etiquette.
- Willingness to learn and accept feedback.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to work in a target-driven setting.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate or final-year student (any discipline).
- Available for a full-time, 3-month internship.
- Prior calling experience is a plus but not mandatory.

Key Performance Indicators:
- Outbound call volumes.
- Connectivity and response quality.
- Accuracy of CRM updates.
- Adherence to process and timelines.
