Position: Sales Manager / Business Development Manager – Temporary Staffing & Payroll Outsourcing

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and performance-driven Sales Professional to drive business growth for our Temporary Staffing and Payroll Outsourcing services. The incumbent will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic client relationships, generating revenue, and expanding the Company's market presence through consultative and solution-based selling.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development
- Identify, prospect, and acquire current clients for Temporary Staffing and Payroll Outsourcing services.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through cold calling, networking, referrals, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and client meetings.
- Generate qualified leads and convert them into long-term business relationships.




- Conduct client meetings to understand workforce requirements and propose customized staffing and payroll solutions.

Client Acquisition & Account Management
- Develop strong relationships with HR Heads, Business Leaders, Procurement Teams, Finance Heads, and decision-makers.
- Prepare and deliver business presentations, proposals, and commercial quotations.
- Lead commercial discussions, negotiate contracts, and close business opportunities.
- Ensure a smooth transition of recent clients to the operations team after contract finalization.
- Maintain regular engagement with existing clients to identify opportunities for additional business.

Market Development
- Identify new market segments and business opportunities for staffing and payroll outsourcing.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to strengthen the Company's market position.
- Promote the Company's complete portfolio of workforce management solutions.

Collaboration
- Coordinate with Recruitment, Payroll,
