We are looking for enthusiastic candidates for the position of Senior Reservation Executive to oversee daily reservation operations and ensure a seamless booking experience for our guests. This role is responsible for maintaining reservation accuracy, optimizing inventory and revenue opportunities, supporting the reservations team, and delivering exceptional guest service. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in hotel reservation systems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day reservation operations, ensuring all bookings are processed accurately and efficiently.
- Monitor room inventory, availability, and booking channels to maximize occupancy and revenue.
- Ensure adherence to reservation policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and channel management standards.




- Support the Reservation Manager/Assistant Reservation Manager with forecasting, reporting, and operational planning.
- Supervise and guide reservation team members, providing training, coaching, and performance support as needed.
- Handle guest inquiries, special requests, reservation modifications, and escalated issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Coordinate closely with Front Office, Sales, Revenue Management, Housekeeping, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Prepare daily expected arrival lists and support pre-registration activities where required.
- Process advance reservation deposits and maintain accurate reservation records.
- Monitor reservation trends and identify opportunities for process improvements and revenue optimization.
- Ensure all guest communications are skilled, timely, and aligned with the company's service standards.
- Maintain confidentiality of guest information and company data
