Role & responsibilities

About the Role We are hiring energetic professionals to join our Airlines Process team. You will be responsible for handling airline customer queries, reservations, ticketing, cancellations, schedule changes, and providing a world-class customer experience. Key Responsibilities • Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats related to airline reservations, ticketing, re-scheduling, cancellations, and baggage queries. • Provide accurate fare information, flight schedules, and ticket status. • Assist customers with booking issues, refunds, and travel-related support. • Work on Global Distribution Systems (GDS), primarily Amadeus, for reservations and ticketing. • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction while adhering to quality and compliance guidelines. • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. • Meet performance metrics such as AHT (Average Handling Time),



FCR (First Call Resolution), and CSAT (Customer Satisfaction). Eligibility Criteria • Graduation in any stream (mandatory). • Prior experience in the airline process/travel industry. • Knowledge of GDS (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, etc.) is an added advantage. • Excellent communication skills in English (verbal & written). • Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first approach. • Flexibility to work rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.
