As an HR Intern, you will work closely with experienced HR professionals, contributing to critical hiring and people-management initiatives that support highly specialized engineering and technology teams. From sourcing top talent to assisting with onboarding and employee engagement activities, you will play an active role in building the workforce that drives innovation in national defence and aerospace programs.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition
- Source, screen, and engage candidates through multiple recruitment channels.
- Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and maintain recruitment trackers and candidate records.
- Support offer management, onboarding documentation, and campus/recruitment drives.

HR Operations
- Support employee onboarding, induction, documentation, and HRMS record management.
- Maintain employee data, attendance, leave records, and prepare HR reports/MIS.
- Assist in employee engagement initiatives, training programs, and HR events.

Required Skills
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills with attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with a basic understanding of HR and recruitment processes.
