Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce AI Engineer with 710 years of experience in Salesforce development and modern AI technologies. The ideal candidate will have solid expertise in Salesforce platform development, AI agent frameworks, LLM integration, Python backend services, API integrations, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures. This role will be responsible for designing and developing intelligent AI-powered solutions integrated with Salesforce and enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications and intelligent agents using LangGraph, MCP, and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Build and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and Salesforce Platform technologies.
- Develop backend services and APIs using Python to support AI and Salesforce integrations.
- Integrate Salesforce with enterprise applications and third-party platforms through REST APIs, OAuth2, and external connectors.
- Design and implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines, including embeddings generation, vector search, document retrieval, and knowledge-grounded AI responses.
- Work with enterprise search platforms such as Glean (or similar technologies) for data retrieval and knowledge management.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver AI-enabled business solutions.
- Ensure scalability, security, performance, and reliability of applications and integrations.
- Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical mentorship activities.
Mandatory Skills:
- 7–10 years of related experience is a must.
