Key Responsibilities
- Lead overall plant operations to achieve production, quality, safety, and cost targets.
- Drive productivity, capacity utilization, OEE, and continuous process improvement.
- Manage Production, Maintenance, Quality, PPC, Stores, Utilities, and Dispatch functions.
- Ensure timely production and on-time customer deliveries.
- Optimize manufacturing costs, reduce waste, and improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, statutory regulations, and EHS requirements.
- Lead preventive maintenance, CAPEX projects, and new machine installations.
- Develop high-performing teams and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless plant operations.
- Prepare MIS reports and review key operational KPIs.

Experience
- 1520+ years in the Versatile Packaging Manufacturing Industry.
- Minimum 5 years in a Plant Head / Factory Head / Operations leadership role.
